Any changes required after printing or notarization will be subject to full document charges.

At Docudraft & Notary Service, we offer three convenient options for notary services to cater to your specific needs: mobile in-person, in-person at our secure location in Palmetto, Florida, or remote online notary. Each option is designed to provide you with flexibility and efficiency in completing your notarial acts.
1. Mobile In-Person Notary:

Our mobile in-person notary service is ideal for those requiring on-the-go notarization within Manatee and Sarasota County. Fees are determined based on your location within the county.

There's no mileage fee if you're located in Palmetto, Parrish, Ellenton, Downtown Bradenton, or Memphis. For other areas, a mileage fee applies. Please see our map below for additional mileage fee information.

The service fee is $7 per notarial stamp, with additional charges applicable based on your location.

To schedule an appointment, simply select the mobile in-person notary option and proceed to our booking calendar. Please note that for safety reasons, our notaries do not enter private residences.
2. In-Person at the Notary Location:

If you prefer an in-person notary appointment, you can visit our secure location in Palmetto, Florida. Please note that you'll be meeting in an outdoor setting within a commercial area.

Similar to the mobile service, fees are $3 per notarial stamp, with additional charges based on the services required.

This also assists maintaining compliance with laws in place to avoid falling into the gray areas to potentially invalidate your documents. We maintain a completely virtual experience. Only our virtual assistant and notary service, as well limited estate planning, we offer human interactions. However, the estate planning interactions are done completely through emails.

We refrain from notarizing documents that are prohibited by state law, particularly those that pose potential risks, such as certain types of powers of attorney. What We are Legally Barred From Doing
As we commit to providing you with the highest level of assistance, it's crucial to acknowledge the legal limitations imposed on non-lawyer services in Florida. While some companies may offer these services, doing so poses significant risks, including the potential invalidation of your documents and even criminal prosecution for the non-lawyer document preparer. Your trust and satisfaction as our customer are paramount, which is why we adhere strictly to these legal guidelines.

Notarizing Documents Prepared by Non-Lawyer Document Preparers
According to the Governor's manual for notaries in Florida, notaries are prohibited from completing documents they have prepared themselves. This constitutes the unauthorized practice of law, a criminal offense. To ensure compliance and safeguard your documents, our notaries refrain from preparing documents by a human. This separation of duties mitigates the risk of unauthorized practice of law and preserves the validity of your documents.

Efiling
Efiling, unless conducted by an authorized entity approved by the Florida Supreme Court, constitutes unauthorized practice of law. As such, non-lawyer companies are barred from completing efiling on your behalf.

Filing Documents in Person
While non-lawyer preparation companies are prohibited from filing documents in person, we've established partnerships with courier services in Manatee, Lee and Sarasota counties to handle document delivery on your behalf. Please note that payment for courier services is made directly to the third party.

Estate Planning and Deeds Human Preparation:
The Florida Bar explicitly prohibits non-lawyer humans from preparing estate planning documents and deeds. At our service, we utilize proprietary software to generate these documents, ensuring that no human intervention occurs in the preparation process. All document creation is driven by customer data, maintaining compliance with legal standards.

Non-lawyers are legally barred from providing legal advice or answering specific legal questions. To navigate legal inquiries, we offer a customer-driven chat experience powered by AI for a nominal fee of $10. Our proprietary software allows you to input relevant information and receive up to 20 interactions within a single session. The AI software accesses a vast database to provide you with accurate and relevant information tailored to your query.

Document Selection
Non-lawyers cannot select documents on your behalf. However, our AI chat assistant, available at the bottom right of your screen, can assist you in identifying the necessary documents based on your scenario. Our software analyzes your input and offers document options, along with legal information on their use.

Bankruptcy
Non-lawyer services are prohibited from completing bankruptcy forms. We recommend utilizing resources such as Upsolve.org to determine eligibility for a free Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Immigration
Non-attorneys are not permitted to assist with immigration form completion. For immigration-related assistance, please utilize our free chat option to access resources for completing immigration paperwork.
