DIVORCE

When it comes to divorce, you have choices.

All of the documents below will be completed and sent to your email. You will be  responsible for printing, filing and all other steps necessary to effectively complete the process. 
Please note, we do have print services available with delivery directly to your house for an additional $50. As well, we have notary services available for an additional cost. We do have a court runner service through a third party for the no court divorce option. 

Starting the Process

No Court Divorce

Get divorced in just 30 days without stepping into court. Qualify if you meet these criteria:

  • No children involved

  • Both parties willing to sign the documents

  • Complete agreement on all terms

Divorce with Children

This is for a divorce when you have children. 

Divorce No Children with Property

This is for a divorce with no children but have assets and/or debts and BOTH parties are signing. 

Simplified Divorce

No Children

Both parties must sign the documents

Both Parties must attend the hearing
