Probate

When it comes to divorce, you have choices.

All of the documents below will be completed and sent to your email. You will be  responsible for printing, filing and all other steps necessary to effectively complete the process. 
Please note, we do have print services available with delivery directly to your house for an additional $50. As well, we have notary services available for an additional cost. We do have a court runner service through a third party for the no court divorce option.

Disposition of Personal Property Without Administration

Who may file a Petition for Disposition of Personal Property without Administration? This type of proceeding may only be filed by a person seeking reimbursement for final expenses paid on behalf of a decedent, or by a surviving spouse, or if no surviving spouse, children of the decedent. These cases are filed when a formal administration is not necessary and no real property is involved. Under $25,000 in assets and no more than $6000 in funeral expenses.

(when the person does not have a Will AND their total assets are not over $75,000; not including Homestead exempt real property

Testate Summary Administration Probate
(when a person has a will and their estate is not over $75,000 - excluding Homestead exempt real property)
